APEC Investement Mart Thailand 2003

Asia Pacific Invest with Confidence, Benefit from Diversity

The Investment Mart 2003, an investment promotion exhibition organized by the Thailand Board of Investment, is being held for the fourth time after Korea (1999), the People's Republic of China (2001), and Russia (2002). The trade event features an exhibition area of 30,000 sq metres with approximately 900 booths.

The objectives of the APEC Investment Mart 2003 are to:

  • Showcase the economic potential of APEC economies
  •

  • Explore the industrial technological advances of other APEC member economies
  •

  • Promote activities under the APEC cooperation framework, and present to the world the economic potential and investment opportunities of APEC economies in order to stimulate investment in the Asia Pacific region
  •

  • Further strengthen relations between member and non-member APEC economies thereby increasing opportunities for networking and industrial linkage between businessmen and investors

The expo provides an opportunity for industrial operators, inventors and local product developers to showcase their capabilities and acquire new business opportunities by introducing attending local and international business entrepreneurs, government sectors and the general public of various organizations and products offered.

The mart also offers a forum for affiliated business agencies to meet and facilitates trade exchange and market expansion.
