Grilled Beef Salad


Ingredients for the Salad
- 80 g Beef silver label
- 50 g Lotus root
- 50 g Mix lettuce
- 30 g Grapes, red
- 1 pc Corn on the cob
- 40 g Asparagus, green
Ingredients for the Dressing
- 15 g Olive oil
- 50 ml Orange juice, fresh
- 20 g Tofu
- 2 g Ginger
- 1 ml Soya sauce, kikkoman
- 95 mg Seasoning (salt and pepper)
Making the Salad
1. Clean the skin from the lotus root and cut the root in thin rounds.
2. Cook this for a while in boiled water and mix with curry powder. Then cook the corn on the cob and cut it off the cob.
3. Cut the red grapes in half and cut the pits out softly. Cut the asparagus in halves (lengthwise) and again in 3 parts. Cook this in boiled water for a while.
4. Wash the lettuce well and break it into small pieces.
5. Grill the beef on a very hot grill and then cut small slices from it and put this on the salad
6. Put the dressing around the salad.
Making The Dressing
1. Reduce the orange juice on fire (half) and wait until it is cold.
2. Put this in a blender with the tofu, ginger, olive oil, and soya sauce. Add pepper and salt.
3. Mix the vegetables with the lettuce and also a little bit of dressing and pepper and salt.
